We proofread the document in Japanese and in English.
We are ready to work on any subject including business correspondence, technical paper on any specialized subject, manual, and contract. The price varies depending on the subject. Our goal is to speedily provide the excellent services at a low cost.
First, please send us your script and we will return an estimate (
).Scripts with up to 800 characters for Japanese or up to 400 words for English: completed and delivered within 36 hours after the proofreading work starts. Scripts with 801 to 1,300 characters for Japanese or 401 to 4,000 words for English: about 5 operational days (plus 1 operational day for every additional 800 characters or 1,000 words).
- If you are in a hurry, we will let you know whether your designated deadline is available via e-mail with cost estimate. In this case an additional charge will be required (about twice the price for the work to be completed within 24 hours).
- If you allow us one and a half the time span of standard deadline (10 operational days at least) to work on scripts with over 9,000 characters for Japanese or 6,000 words for English, we can discount 5%.
Business hours of Gradus: 9:00-20:30 from Monday to Friday, and 9:00-12:30
on Saturday. (Please notice that we are off on Sundays, national holidays, Bon Day
(August 14-15), year-end and New Years days (December 29 - January 4).
