We deliver the translated document through e-mail.

We are ready to work on any subject including business correspondence, technical paper on any specialized subject, manual, and contract. The price varies depending on the subject. Our goal is to speedily provide the excellent services at a low cost.

We also provide translation services in several foreign language other than English (including French, Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Mongolian, Swedish and Italian).

First, please send us your script and we will return an estimate.
■Delivery method■
Basically, we will send data (TEXT or PDF) through e-mail. If you are interested in other data forms, please inform us of the specific data form when applying (a different charge system will be applied).
　
■Time of delivery ■
The time of delivery is set as follows
Scripts with up to 600 characters for J-E or up to 300 words for E-J: completed and delivered within 48 hours after the translation work starts. Scripts with 601 to 1,000 characters for J-E or 301 to 1,000 words for E-J: about 5 operational days (plus 1 operational day for every additional 800 characters or 400 words). The expert course usually requires more than twice.

  • If you are in a hurry, we will let you know whether your designated deadline is available via e-mail with cost estimate. In this case an additional charge will be required (about twice the price for the work to be completed within 24 hours).

  • If you allow us one and a half the time span of standard deadline (10 operational days at least) to work on scripts with over 9,000 characters for J-E or 5,000 words for E-J, we can discount 5%.
Business hours of Gradus: 9:00-20:30 from Monday to Friday, and 9:00-12:30 on Saturday. (Please notice that we are off on Sundays, national holidays, Bon Day (August 14-15), year-end and New Years days (December 29 - January 4).
